Framing Canvases on to Stretcher Bars: For all canvas prints we will mount them to 5/8th stretcher bars. When your Canvas is stretched to the frame you will either have the choice of doing a gallery wrap in which one inch of your image will be stretched around the bar. Or if your image would hampered by doing a gallery wrap we will tape the sides of the stretcher bars with black art tape.

1) How do I get my picture to you? You can upload your picture to our web site via our download applet. You can also send your picture into us via a postal outlet.* Note: We will not be responsible for a photo that is lost or damaged during transport. Therefore it is best to send us a copy of your original photo.

2) What kind of inks do you use and how long will my print last? We use only high quality Epson UltraChrome K3TM Ink Technology. Epson UltraChrome K3 ink has print permanence characteristics that provide light-fastness ratings of up to 108 years for color and over 200 years for black and white under rigorous industry accepted display conditions*

*Print permanence ratings based on accelerated testing of prints on specialty media, displayed indoors, under glass. Actual print stability will vary according to printer, media, printed image, display conditions, light intensity, humidity, and atmospheric conditions. Epson does not guarantee longevity of prints. 3) How long will my order take? From the time we receive your order it will take between 5 and 10 business days to ship your picture.

4) What if my picture is damaged during shipping? If your picture is damaged dur-ing shipping we will ship another picture to at no charge. However we ask you to provide proof of any damages.
