Terms and Conditions of Use

Photo Usage: All stored photos reside on our internal protected vault prior to printing. The vault is secure and your image is only accessed by Mod-Canvas designers for purposes of creating your print. Copyrights belong to the photographer/designer of origin and these images will never be used in any form without express written permission of the originator.

Copy Protected Photos: We will not print any copyrighted material. You must be the rights holder to the file we print or have written authorization from the original owner to use the photo or file in question. If we suspect the photo you are using is copyrighted we will charge to your account a $90.00 processing fee and send the file back to you. Please only send us photos you have taken or photos or material that you have permission to use.
